My 2016 Ford Escape needed the Sync3 system audio to be repaired/replaced. Due to availability of parts, as well as labor, it took a few weeks before I could get it done. I arrived at the scheduled time of repaired/replaced. Due to availability of parts, as well as labor, it took a few weeks before I could get it done. I arrived at the scheduled time of around 8:15 am this morning but the service rep who was assigned to me wasn’t available due to a personal injury. Another service rep who had taken care of me on other visits named Moses stepped up and did a great job of getting everything done in about 90 minutes. Definitely a 5 star perfomance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More

The sign in person was great; his name is Moses. He made sure I was informed of progress and how long before my car would be ready. However, I can not say the same for the mechanic checking my reca He made sure I was informed of progress and how long before my car would be ready. However, I can not say the same for the mechanic checking my recall and giving me an oil change. To be fair I can not tell his oil change work but I could check tire air pressure. The two front tire had 35 lbs one rear had 38 lbs the other had 48 lbs. I don t know about the rest. Will I get my next oil change form Nations, the jury is still out. Would I buy another car from Nations, YES! More
