AutoNation Ford, Bradenton and Matt Azriel, Assistant Service Manager provided service to me which exceeded all expectations. I had an unanticipated battery issue and needed service immediately. I had Service Manager provided service to me which exceeded all expectations. I had an unanticipated battery issue and needed service immediately. I had no appointment but Matt greeted me and assured me they would resolve any issues I was experiencing. Within 90 minutes the AutoNation techs had checked my electrical system, confirmed the battery issue, installed a new battery and returned my vehicle to me! I have always received personal attention and exceptional service at AutoNation, Bradenton, but in this instance Matt's personal attention was well beyond expectations! The service was great. However your pricing for repair are way way to much. I was told a repair would be 902.00 dollars, I left went to my Others mechanic that onl However your pricing for repair are way way to much. I was told a repair would be 902.00 dollars, I left went to my Others mechanic that only charged 254.00 with me picking up my own part at O’Reillys I realized there were only 4 bolts to remove. The standard installation is 1 hour. I did go in service, but thinking it was covered under warranty More

I had a problem with a service advisor (Matt) but the service manager Arne & GM Fred both intervened to resolve the issue satisfactory.
