A good dealer. I use them and trust them. Staffing issues & longer than expected service times seem the new normal. While is seems they are concerned with this and it’s seems not easy to solve…my only sugges & longer than expected service times seem the new normal. I’d be surprised if it didn’t bring in $1,000 or more per month as well as being appreciated by customers that are there for 2-3 hours. More
Had to make the appointment almost 1 month in advance because nothing was available. Made the appointment on the FordPass app, received an email confirmation and email reminder a week before the appointm because nothing was available. Yet when I show up at the dealership service department they tell me I didn't have an appointment. The service representative did get me in for an oil change however nothing else I had made the appointment for was taken care of this visit. Ended up costing me 1/2 day of work waiting for an oil change that should take 10 minutes. Disappointed I purchased the maintenance package now. More

The problem with the battery not holding charge has been resolved. So far, my car is running well. My overall impression is that Service is extremely overwhelmed with the amount of work.
