Always nice & polite, but after my last visit, I am very disappointed in their lack of concern/response. I have left voice mail messages for him twice, and once today with the service manager, but no one has called me back. I appreciate that everyone is busy these days, but a quick phone call to let me know they have heard me and will address my problem would be appreicated. Past experience with AutoNation Ford in Bradenton would have earned a 5 star rating, but this past visit only rates two stars. Other items serviced on my last visit were taken care of, but I need to have my SYNC issue addressed. More

Courteous and efficient. Great experience. I dropped off my vehicle for maintenance service. Called me a couple hours later when ready and got me out in minutes when I picked it up. It took one month to schedule an appointment for an oil change and a safety recall that in total they said would take 2 hours (I was specifically told that the delay wasn't due to lack of parts). I showed up on time at 11:30 and was told I would have to wait for 4 hours since they were running 2 hours behind after being open for only 4.5 hours. I was told the safety recall was free, but the oil change and tire rotation was "$79 plus tax." When I got the bill they had added an additional misc. charge of $9,95 (12.5%) which the agent called a "shop charge." He didn't know exactly what it was for, but he said the dealer considered it a "tax." I looked at the oil change sticker the dealer put on the windshield and noted it said that my next oil change was due in 3,000 miles. On the dealers website it states that normally oil changes are due every 7,500 miles! Perhaps, they hope everyone doesn't read the website. Ford should be embarrassed by this dealer. More
