I wanted a new Ranger Lariat and found one on the Bradenton Ford website. I began exchanging texts and emails with Luke Neal about the truck, availability, price, and trade-in. We had several exchanges over a two-week period, with each exchange very responsive and timely. The truck was in route and Luke called me the day it was delivered. We scheduled a time to meet and the truck was exactly what I wanted. I got a fair offer on my trade-in, added options were reasonable, and bottom line price was close to what I wanted. Buying a vehicle is something that many of us dread. Luke and his capable supporting team made the process as painless as possible. Several things that I appreciated. I dealt with Luke the entire time, from the first internet contact to closing the deal. No hand off from an internet rep to a sales rep as other dealers do. Second, there was no high pressure pitch from a sales manager brought in to close the deal. Luke handled it all. Luke is very capable and I'm glad that Bradenton Ford displays confidence in their staff. I did speak with the Sales Manager, Pete, on one occasion regarding a misunderstanding on rebates. Pete very patiently explained the circumstances and we both were satisfied in the end. I highly recommend Luke and Bradenton Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Arrived before my appointment at 2:00pm. Stood in reception area. No one offered to check me in then another customer came in not the area and one of your workers said who’s next and we both raised o reception area. When I finally got asked to check in the agent said “this is a great time because we’re not very busy”. An hour and a half later (for oil change, inspection and tire rotation) I got my car back. No one ever contacted me to update me. Thinking there might be a problem I went out to the garage to look. It was still on the rack no technician around. I then went to the desk and inquired to be told “shouldn’t be much longer” obviously an uninformed response. Purely perfunctory!! Look the word up if you need to. I will not be back. I will not recommend and I will tell everyone of my experience. You can depend on it. If you happen to in fact actually read this review please don’t make the mistake of thinking I’m looking for a gift. I will accept nothing. You get one shot that’s it. John McDonald More
