Service Manager Dave Knisley and advisor Mathew provided excellent care and service to my vehicle and me as well. The service tech did a great job with car and returned it in very clean condition. Antwuan Jackson was our sales associate. He was very friendly and helpful in answering all our questions on our new F250. He even helped set up the Bluetooth for my cell phone before we left. When we got to financing, Kevin Harrison was also very helpful in that he did make the offers for in-house financing and extra warranty coverage's but was not insistent in anyway. Calls to arrange warranty service to address a dead battery in my 2020 Edge ST resulted in a best appointment that was more than 3 weeks out. I then called the parts department to purchase a new batter battery in my 2020 Edge ST resulted in a best appointment that was more than 3 weeks out. I then called the parts department to purchase a new battery that I would install myself. Justin answered the phone and once we discussed the issue, Justin worked with Andrew in Service to get my car in for service the same day. After checking the charging system and the battery, Andrew and the service tech had the battery replaced under warranty while I waited. My review would be 5 stars if the person answering the phone for the service center had helped as much as Justin and Andrew did. More

Since moving to Florida we have only purchased our vehicles from them. While salespersons have come and gone our service representative has remained constant.
