Antwuan Jackson was our sales associate. He was very friendly and helpful in answering all our questions on our new F250. He even helped set up the Bluetooth for my cell phone before we left. Calls to arrange warranty service to address a dead battery in my 2020 Edge ST resulted in a best appointment that was more than 3 weeks out. I then called the parts department to purchase a new batter battery in my 2020 Edge ST resulted in a best appointment that was more than 3 weeks out. I then called the parts department to purchase a new battery that I would install myself. Justin answered the phone and once we discussed the issue, Justin worked with Andrew in Service to get my car in for service the same day. After checking the charging system and the battery, Andrew and the service tech had the battery replaced under warranty while I waited. My review would be 5 stars if the person answering the phone for the service center had helped as much as Justin and Andrew did. More
