I do have low mileage but I live one mile from grocery stores, restaurants but for any type of restaurant it is five miles, five miles to largest shopping center in Florida and hair salons. I schedule my appointment 3 weeks ahead. Brought my vehicle in per my 7am appointment. My appointment was a simple radio issue per service dept. I had not heard from service department by 4:30 so I cal vehicle in per my 7am appointment. My appointment was a simple radio issue per service dept. I had not heard from service department by 4:30 so I called to see if vehicle was ready for pickup. The service guy said he wasn't sure and needed to go find out what was up. He came back to call and said they had not looked at it yet. Why do they make appointments and not work on vehicle?? I picked my vehicle up and repairs have not been done. I wasted my day to get vehicle serviced and they didn't even call me to tell me what was going on. This is the worst Ford dealership I have ever been to. More

My service writer was great. Problem was they had my truck for a week to do a transmission flush and DEF heater replacement.
