Went to my 1st service since purchasing my Nissan Rogue and it was exceptional. clean, friendly, timely and the service people were very nice. Just had the dealer take care of a tire issue I had. Moses greeted me and I was taken care of. The tire was not in stock as nothing seems to be on the shelf anymore. I called to cancel and change service date, lady in sales answered said everyone in service was gone - she could cancel the appt. but I would have to call back to get another appt. set, The next day I got a answered said everyone in service was gone - she could cancel the appt. but I would have to call back to get another appt. set, The next day I got a message saying I missed the appt. so It made me wonder if she cancelled it for me...cant rate because I haven't used the service.
