My service advisor was very good. But apparently some of the technicians have quit or were let go. My service (oil and filter change and tire rotation) required minimum expertise. Limited communication and car was not repaired when returned. Brakes are loudly screaming which is one of the reasons it came in for service. Now we have to bring it back :( returned.
