I took my vehicle to get checked and I did not have an appointement. They said it would take 4-5 days for it to be looked at. Well they looked at it on the 2nd day after leaving it there. Can't speak on the Service or Sales Dept, but if you need PARTS, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. I went in for a part that had to be ordered, and when it arrived the next day and I return PARTS, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. I went in for a part that had to be ordered, and when it arrived the next day and I returned, the young man who took my payment presented it to me with out any packaging. He also asked "Do you need a receipt?" as if to sway me into saying No. Good thing I took the receipt bc the part did Not fit (even after being ordered off my vin #) When I go to return the part, I encounter one of the most attitudinal and unprofessional older ladys I've ever interacted with. Without even taking her eyes off her computer screen, she says "you can't return without original packaging", I showed her my receipt and she just keeps parroting the same thing. When I attempted to explain that it wasn't received in packaging she responds "that wouldn't happen" - insinuating that I'm lying to her. Then a "white shirt" comes out (Jerry) who I explain the situation to. He too, insinuates that I'm lying when I tell him I didnt receive it in packaging. "I find that hard to believe.." he says. Really?! Check your cameras before you question the integrity of your customers! Finally he agrees to refund it but tells me it'll have to be a check since I paid cash, and that the check wouldn't be ready until the the end of the day. So I leave, and after calling back repeatedly to follow up, it took THREE business days for this check to be ready. So when I go in today to pick it up guess who it is, the attitudinal and unprofessional older lady that initially tried to turn me away. Seeing that she was once again preoccupied with whatever was on her computer screen, I stand and wait. Then, without saying a word, or so much as even looking at me, she walks to the counter on the right side of the office, grabs the check and sticks it out to me. Unbelievable. I was going to ask her name (as it wasn't listed on her shirt) but at this point I just take the check and leave. If you're reading this Lady, and you hate your job and hate dealing with the public that much, just do yourself and the public a favor and quit. I served this great Country in the Marine Corps for over 10 years, and we remained professional and disciplined - even in combat - without the option of quitting. You're certainly not held to any contract, so please.. step down.. so you dont have to be bothered by the public, and so more friendly and professional people can step up. More
