After shelling out 800 bucks, is your engine supposed to be billowing black smoke when you get home from getting "repairs" done at AutoNation Ford? I opened the hood and the first thing I see are visible exposed wires and smoke coming from the area they worked on. Bottom line is they did not fix the problem the vehicle was brought in for and they caused more damage. The service rep was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He lied on multiple occasions during our conversation after I arrived home. Also, he didn't indicate on the invoice under "customer states" what I had told him initially about the issue with the vehicle. He proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for the tow if THEY determined they didn't cause the problem. Who the xxxx else caused the problem? That is laughable and absurd. Taking my car back to this place to fix whatever damage they did would be ridiculous. Find somewhere else to take your vehicle. The incompetence and lack of professionalism here are shocking. More

Purchased a 2012 Ford Expedition from salesman Frankie in June of last year. I’m glad I listened to him on getting the extended warranty because motor went out last month and I am now getting a new motor ins June of last year.
