I wanted to let you know how awesome David, my service manager, turned out to be! When I first got there, I felt like just because I was from San Antonio they wanted to get me out. He communicated with me probably daily. He secured a car rental for me immediately. When we thought the rental needed to be extended, he called Enterprise immediately. I have worked with Northside Ford, Bluebonnet Ford, etc.. for 30 years. This was by far the best experience we have ever had. And I will tell you something else. I am the first to let you know when something is not right. I am also the first to give kudos. I really appreciate all of the quick work, communication and willingness to help.
