I pulled up and explained my issue with my vehicle along with my urgency and the service tech knew exactly what was wrong and immediately sent my truck to the back. The very first experience I had was terrible so I thought maybe given them a second chance. I went in there for something that was covered under my extended warranty and they could not find my warranty in th maybe given them a second chance. I went in there for something that was covered under my extended warranty and they could not find my warranty in their system. I had to call my warranty company and have them call the dealership to explain to them the coverages. Then I also paid extra to get a tire rotation. The guy told me it would be ready by the end of the day. Called me later that evening told me it won’t be ready till the next day. I waited till approximately 3 o’clock in the afternoon on the following day and never heard from them. I called the dealership just to find out that the service person was off that day and so was the person handling my account. They turned around and called me later tell me my truck is ready. I went to pick it up and drove home. That’s when I realized that my tire rotation was never done. They did however charge me for it. I called him and his response was sorry I wasn’t there that day but you can bring it back and will take care of it. I don’t have time to be taking my vehicle at their convenience I had to take the day off to take it last time. That makes it twice that I’ve been screwed over by this dealership. More
