I am a loyal Ford guy and only go to this dealership to work with Bill Johnson. He makes buying a vehicle so easy. Appointment was set back 3 hours due to advisor not communicating properly with technician. Poor communication and organization. Good thing I intervene when I did or I would’ve been there for longer pe communicating properly with technician. Poor communication and organization. When I asked for a ride home I was told no one was available at the time. I only asked for a ride when I figured out it was going to take longer than three hours. More
