It used to be that you had a service rep that you would deal with and a phone call was promptly returned. Of late, it's become difficult to reach a 'heart beat' and get an appointment set up and you deal w deal with and a phone call was promptly returned. I was looking for a gently used 2020 Expedition for the wife so I called the sales Rep that I bought my new truck several months back, He did a good job finding the vehicle getting it shipped and getting i wife so I called the sales Rep that I bought my new truck several months back, He did a good job finding the vehicle getting it shipped and getting it all cleaned up but he failed to mention it only had one key until all the paperwork was done and I ask for the second key. He said I will see what I can do. After this I only heard from him when I called him (if he would answer). 2 weeks later still no key but he did answer my last call and told me they wont provide me another key but will sell me a new one. More
