I had a great experience buying a vehicle at this dealership. Everyone was very up front and there was none of that back and forth with the sales manager that can take hours just to get pricing. They said, "Here's what we can do with your trade and financing." I made a couple of requests for the deal and it was done. They don't charge for anything that is NOT in the price of the vehicle. bought a truck and it took three weeks of delays before it was delivered,then after looking it over found the 4x4 needed repair,passanger power window did not work ,low air light will not shut off,flashers it was delivered,then after looking it over found the 4x4 needed repair,passanger power window did not work ,low air light will not shut off,flashers did not work.front window has a large cracks in line of vision for the driver.hole in the steel body near the rear pass. door,no ball for the hitch hook up.i bought this on line and was told it needed a radio that was put in for the first week delay on delivery,then two more weeks of delays for tail light .no mention of no 4x4 shifting ,pass window motor broken low air pressure light won,t shut off,the last car i bought from auto nation was a ford focus and no surprizes,good car.this is why i felt safe buying online More

Had an appointment to speak with a service advisor at 9am, arrived 10 min early. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was close to 1pm and after a few phone calls my car wasn’t ready for p 9am, arrived 10 min early. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was close to 1pm and after a few phone calls my car wasn’t ready for pickup. This is the worst place to take my vehicle to an oil change, had I know this was the norm here I would had purchased the oil changes when we purchased our Expedition. Not sure why the executives fix this!! The previous day I walked in and nobody greeted or acted like they cared that a customer was in front of them! More
