Had an appointment for an oil change and after waiting one hour and 40 minutes, I asked about the progress. My car had not even been pulled into a service stall and I was told it could be done and ready i one hour and 40 minutes, I asked about the progress. I love everyone at the Bryant Irvin location. They are all so nice but I would not recommend for three reasons. #1: It took 90 minutes for my last appointment. I was first in line for an oil change and tire rotation. I expected 20-30 minutes max. #2: I am having AC issues which are covered under my extended warranty. I can't get an appointment because were 40 people ahead of me who were able to leave their car. Ford is unable to fulfill their commitment in a timely manner. #3: Ever since I purchased the vehicle, one of the tires has always leaked. It has never been fixed. When I ask about the tire after the service is complete I am told that they couldn't find anything. I suppose I'll just keep putting air in my tire every two weeks or so. Yes, I purchased the extended warranty. YES, I purchased tire and wheel coverage. NO, it doesn't seem to matter. More
