My truck needed a special part from Ford that was in short supply. A day or two repair lasted for over a month having to wait for Ford to get and send the part. The dealership was slow seemed to be understaffed, the service managers are not professional, the technician forgot to reset the computer when finished, brought back with one tire showing 67 psi.
