This is the third Ford car I have purchased and the costumer service has always been outstanding! My fusion had a recall and dealership took care of it right away. I had an appointment for a simple oil change. I waited at the dealership. It took 2 hours for the oil change. I had to ask about it and they said was just finishing up. Took my Ford Edge in for 22K mile service. Service advisor, Fabian, advised what was needed for servicing, the upfront cost and the approximate wait time. I clearly stated the reason for my service visit. The service representative tried to pressure me into additional service that I was not ready to perform on my vehicle. When I declined that service The service representative tried to pressure me into additional service that I was not ready to perform on my vehicle. When I declined that service, the service representative was rude. Even though I purchased this vehicle from AutoNation, I will no longer take my vehicle there for service due to the way I was treated. In addition, I will not be purchasing any future vehicles from this dealership. We as consumers have options, there is no reason to give money to any business that is not respectful of my wishes and / or treats me with disrespect. More
