Good communication with the service department. Fixed my truck in a day but had my truck for a week. I will never give them my business again. I went in for a "complimentary oil change" (because my last three recall service appointments had to be rescheduled when I arrived as they did not h I went in for a "complimentary oil change" (because my last three recall service appointments had to be rescheduled when I arrived as they did not have the necessary parts for my repair - THREE TIMES). And, after my, "complimentary oil change" - I had issue with my coolant (two different places knew right away that it should be taken - via flat bed - back to Ford and they would KNOW what they did).... however, Ford did not own it. $800+ later out of my pocket.... Never had an issue with my vehicle previously - I'm sick! More
