Service guy was very nice. However the job the fix on the roof racks is a JOKE!! There is still a gap and it does not look clean. Ford should of given the option for roof rack delete. Brought this in for a recall and also had service while they had it. Always a good job for the service department. The only complaint I have is that they did not call me when the car was finished.
