The people are courteous but you schedule an appointment and still have to wait 5 days for them to hook it up to diagnostics. The wait from start to finish is too long. From the minute I reached out to the dealership everything was easy-going. There was never a point where I felt pressured to do anything I did not want to do. (Well my adviser never answered the phone and never called me back.) Left truck on Monday for a recall (he didn't know about the recall and he's a FORD ADVISOR) so I call Wednesday( I had to talk to a called me back.) So I call and he's like we looked the truck and your covered by the cps program and that they were waiting for me to give the ok since Thursday and I asked for my advisor they said he was out I called him directly and left an email still nothing from him luckily the Ford advisor named Kyle let me know that that he was going to let them know to work on the truck and also recommend sparks plug change so I did it them. So I call again asking for clenton and nothing but Kyle was there and he said that the truck was ready and that my advisor should have reached out to me on Monday it's now (Wednesday) the it was ready so Kyle gets clenton and he doesn't know what other work was done on the truck so all n all my advisor was no help by Kyle was More

The offer given to me for my suburban was an insult. It was 4K + what was offered by other dealers, and not until I began leaving the facility did those numbers increase. You asked for a 10 day pay off for my trade, well it’s going on three weeks, and I’m getting calls from USAA requesting payment. I’ll have to make payment to avoid a negative mark on my credit. Recall information, wasn’t communicated, so we financed car, but couldn’t drive it home. More
