Stay away from this dealership. I cancelled a service contract 10/1. They have not refunded money yet 12/20. They charge you a windshield plan yet can’t tell you want it is. They also have a charge for i contract 10/1. They have not refunded money yet 12/20. They charge you a windshield plan yet can’t tell you want it is. They also have a charge for interior you can’t cancel. This has to be the worst dealership in town. But none of the Autonation dealerships are good. Service is just awful. All military veterans stay away from these guys. Just not good ethics. More
Price was excellent. Razzaq followed thru as promised during signing. Ordered my Bronco from Dennis and it took a looong time to arrive-not his fault, he didn't cause the chip shortage- but he kept us up to speed on everything that was happening. He was incredibly knowledgea to arrive-not his fault, he didn't cause the chip shortage- but he kept us up to speed on everything that was happening. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all things Bronco and was a huge help from beginning to end! Would buy another car from him in a heartbeat! More
The service team has always been knowledgeable and helpful when I bring my car in for service. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and what service is recommended based on mileage.
