Hard to make phone contact, appts to far out. Show up and they find way to sell service and perform?? I tried to make appt foe oil change. They told me 3 weeks. The employees are not the problem, not having enough employees is the problem. The first customer service person told me that I would get an email when to bring in my car for the diagnosis along with t employees is the problem. I bring it on the day mention on the email and i was told by another employee that I had to leave my vehicle there for almost 2 weeks while it wait for a diagnosis test which is insane. I have no other way to work except my vehicle. So I'm trying to see when I can get a week off from work so I would not have to worry about transportation to my job. I will reschedule once I have that figured out. Thanks in advance More
