I took my 2023 Ford Bronco in for some recalls, and the vehicle not recognizing my key (this was on Thursday, as soon as they opened). I was told the repairs would take 1-2 days. After two days, I finally vehicle not recognizing my key (this was on Thursday, as soon as they opened). I was told the repairs would take 1-2 days. After two days, I finally get told that they need to see if my key was under warranty. They come back to me the next day and say it was under warranty, and that the key would be ordered in and re-programmed on Monday. No one has reached out, I've been ignored for SEVERAL HOURS by my service advisor, Joshua, and he would finally respond at the end of the business day to tell me the key had not yet come in and it would be done the next day. It is now Wednesday of the next week. I spoke with the service center manager, Fabian, asking for a loaner vehicle and was told none would be available for 2 months and again, promised my car would be ready the following day. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership. The very least they could do is COMMUNICATE without me having to call every few hours. Ridiculous. Do better! More

A Beyond Frustrating Experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco I’ve bought plenty of cars from other AutoNation locations, but my experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco was hands down the worst and most d Frisco I’ve bought plenty of cars from other AutoNation locations, but my experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco was hands down the worst and most dishonest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. It all started when I connected with Brandon Wilson (great guy, by the way) via text to discuss a deal on a truck. After some back-and-forth with four different people responding via their text system, we agreed on a deal. I drove over an hour to the dealership, excited to finalize things, only to discover the deal had completely changed. They demanded I pay for dealer add-ons that weren’t part of the original agreement—classic bait-and-switch tactics. Frustrated, I left the dealership. Shortly after, I got a message saying the manager wanted to revisit the deal and told me to hang around the area. At 8:09 PM that evening, I received a message offering a new deal—on the condition that I return to the dealership immediately. Keep in mind, I live over an hour away. There was no way I’d be getting back home before midnight if I had returned. So we agreed to finalize the paperwork over the phone and arranged for the truck to be delivered to my house the next day. They ran my credit, took a $2,000 deposit, and the finance team called with an absurdly high interest rate. After I pushed back and mentioned where my numbers were, the rate magically dropped. I told them I needed to consult my accountant regarding the term options, and by this time, it was already 10 PM. The next morning, I confirmed that I would accept the 60-month financing option. Instead of moving forward as agreed, they pulled yet another bait-and-switch. They claimed the financing company would now only approve 72 months. This is yet another tactic they use to squeeze more money out of deals by manipulating financing terms. And to top it all off, after confirming my terms, they canceled the deal entirely, saying they had three other buyers willing to pay full MSRP. This was by far the dirtiest, most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The bait-and-switch tactics, the constant pressure to make rushed decisions, the manipulation of financing terms, and the outright dishonesty were appalling. If you’re considering AutoNation Ford Frisco, think twice. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. More
Lorraine of AutoNation Ford in Frisco was very helpful and transparent during the work on my car. Her communication both before my appointment and during the appointment were very much appreciated. She even had my car delivered to me so my wife didn't have to leave work. I would highly recommend visiting her at this dealership. More
