It was sad to see my go to guy "Hawk" leave after 10 years plus of taking care of my F250 & 350! Before he left he set me up with "Fabian" who made a first great impression in my books. Fabian will now be my go to guy from this day forward! He was tentative to my requests and made sure my F350 was taken care and on time. As always my favorite Teck "Kurt" worked on my truck, who only works on my trucks and has for 10 plus years and does amazing work. No comparison! When I took my vehicle to AutoNation Ford Frisco at 10am the service guy went thru the recall, there were actually 3 different ones. I was told they would contact me when the work was completed and my car was ready. He said it would only take 45 mins to an hour. After not hearing from anyone all day I called them at 4:30pm to get a status update on my car. They told me one recall was done but the other 2 recalls had expired and they could not perform the fix I would need to go to a Ford dealership. Strange that a recall expires only a week after notification?? Not sure why they did not tell me they could not fix it before I took the day off from work in order to get my vehicle to AutoNation Ford? They suggested that I could take my vehicle to a Ford dealership to get the fix which I definitely will as well as any further business I do from Ford. AutoNation Ford is an absolute joke!! When people speak so poorly of used car salesman it is AutoNation Ford that they are referring to. Horrible service department! More
