It was a great experience. The sales person Alex was amazing. Since the car we were looking at (and ultimately bought) had not been delivered and they did not have another one to show us (Explorer ST), amazing. Great location. Service personnel are quick to greet you and start the process. I had an appointment for a recall on the rear camera and to get oil change, but a day before the appointment the driver door and start the process. I had an appointment for a recall on the rear camera and to get oil change, but a day before the appointment the driver door lock stopped working. I had a road trip planned soon and needed the lock repaired. Jeremy went above and beyond to help get my f250 trip ready. He brought parts in from another dealership and was able to get the camera replaced, oil/filter changed, tires rotated, and door lock repaired in one day. Great job Jeremy, thank you so much. More
