I came in late on monday an hour before closing because I believed I had a nail in my tire. I spoke with Obi who informed me that due to the location of the nail that the tire would need to be replaced, he h believed I had a nail in my tire. I spoke with Obi who informed me that due to the location of the nail that the tire would need to be replaced, he however mentioned to me that it appears that I have wheel and tire coverage. He ordered the tire and it arrived the next day and he was able to get me in and out within an hour. Best service experience I've had hands down. More

UPDATE Against my better judgement, I attempted to contact the GM as I was asked to do after my last review. First, an extension would be helpful in order to no get an automated message. After finally contact the GM as I was asked to do after my last review. First, an extension would be helpful in order to no get an automated message. After finally getting to an operator I was transferred to the GM. Of course I got a voice mail so I left a message, not once or twice but in fact 3 times. I was never able to get in contact with them and apparently they didn’t want to speak with me as badly as their reply to my last review states. Apparently lies and deceit start at the top at AutoNation. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! More
