I feel complete satisfaction with my used car purchase. Salesman Ethan and manager Myron, both helpful, Ethan perhaps a bit more so bc he fed us a couple sandwiches. I took my truck in for comprehensive service. Part of that was a state inspection so I could get it registered. They failed to perform the state inspection and I didn't know that until I went to Part of that was a state inspection so I could get it registered. But I called them about it *seven* times over four days and they never answered my questions or returned my calls. I finally had to drive to their location to get some answers and get the inspection done. More

Efrain was very helpful, he said they will call me back when the part to repair the Recall on my Expedition 2017. He did mention that the replacement part its been in back order for efew months now, hope when the part to repair the Recall on my Expedition 2017.
