The service seemed a lot better than the previous times I have been. The vehicle was ready when they told me it would be, whereas in times past it wasn't ready when they said it would be. With the horrible experience buying my Ford at another dealer I wasn't ever going to deal with Ford again. Then I get the recall notices and I had to go to Ford for that. I went to AutoNation Ford and w dealer I wasn't ever going to deal with Ford again. Then I get the recall notices and I had to go to Ford for that. I went to AutoNation Ford and was totally surprised at the excellent service I was given. For a dealer "AutoNation" to treat me so good, fix the recalls, wash the car and clean the inside changed my view of Ford dealers. I guess the dealer that lied, cheated and ripped me off shouldn't have formed my opinion that all Ford dealers were liars and cheats. To top off the excellent service I received at AutoNation they provided me a ride home while they fixed my car and picked me up when it was complete. This being a recall fix made this more impressive because there was no charge. Thank You AutoNation for an excellent experience and service. I may even buy my next car from you. More
