We went into service without an appointment to get keys cut and programmed to my daughters car. The service manage was very helpful and set us up with Fabian who took care of us right away. I had an appointment two weeks out for master cylinder recall on expedition. They kept it half a day and then told me they did not have the part. I was called a week later and told they had the part and t recall on expedition. They kept it half a day and then told me they did not have the part. I was called a week later and told they had the part and to bring it back in. I brought it back in as scheduled and was told again that they did not have the part. After arguing with them, they magically found the part and the repair was finally done. More
