Have been coming to this dealership for over four years for service. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I would say that the service director, Nick, was doing his very best to ensure we got what needed to be done. Initially, I went in for a battery and a horn issue. I got a couple of other services done. his very best to ensure we got what needed to be done. Initially, I went in for a battery and a horn issue. I got a couple of other services done. I was told they could not work on my battery since they were backed up and I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled only to be told that again there was no way they could work on this. It went something to the tune of, "Sorry, whoever you made the appointment with might've made some side deal to work this, but they are not here." I was floored... (mind you this was my third visit because they had also messed with my tires). Either way, I received a loaner and car stayed for over two weeks. Again, Nick came in to the rescue. (Thank you) I was told that the horn was not covered under a warranty that I was sold at this dealership. I asked to please 2x check. It was not. I asked for the administrator of the warranty and received a lot of run around. I finally was able to figure out it was Assurant. I got in touch with Assurant and found out that no claims or inquiries were ever done. When I was going to pick up the car, more services were added than I had agreed to. Overall, I ended up paying what my deductible would've been, but the experience was horrendous! Services added that I didn't agree to and the sheer fact that no claim was ever done makes me completely loose trust in this dealership. It's a shame that it's the closest Ford dealership to the flagship Ford Center and business practices are just downright bad. I appreciate all that Nick did for us, but good business should not be this difficult to conduct. I hope they can turn their business practices around for their sake and the Ford brand they represent. More
