NO ONE answers the phone or returns calls. My truck has been in for service since Monday morning 8:30am. Have had no contact from anyone. They have my email and both phone numbers. Crickets! Very poor communication as I can never get a live person to check the status for the car when it was being worked on. I'm going to look at other dealerships who don't hide behind the automated system to avo to check the status for the car when it was being worked on. The work on my car us always done and done well, but the dealership is just really busy. So communication is not always the best, my car doesn't get washed, sticker sometimes doesn't get replaced, etc. dealership is just really busy. Lori was very nice, but the entire team was very overwhelmed with customers with very little support. I had an appointment scheduled and notified them on the phone what was needed at the time of boo overwhelmed with customers with very little support. I had an appointment scheduled and notified them on the phone what was needed at the time of booking the appointment, after dropping my truck off at 7:30a I went back to the dealership at 5:00p to realize they didn’t fix my truck because they didn’t have the O2 sensor, and haven’t done the inspection of fluids and routine check up I had asked for. I spoke with the manager Linsey I believe and and she took my truck down and had them do the inspection. At around 7:15pm I finally got my truck and felt like it was no different than what I had brought them 12 hours earlier. Again, this isn’t a knock on Lori or Linsey it is just a poor reflection on the organization. If you are that booked stop taking new business until you can get caught back up! I will not be returning to Autonation Frisco, sad part is I just bought my wife’s new Explorer there and was planning on replacing my truck in February. More
