I left my car for a recall. I got it there at 7am. ( i did have a appointment ) after the car being there all day. it had not been looked at because i was told that they were I got it there at 7am. Told to bring truck in for a diagnostics and then was told 4-6 weeks before they could look at it. Wish they would have told me that before bringing in. My new Service Advisor, Obiora, was awesome. He kept me informed, had my car ready when promised, and jumped through hoops to make sure a last minute item I remembered got fixed in record time.
