We ordered an after-market hardtop cover for our ‘22 Maverick and the entire process was very easy. The cover arrived on one day, and it was installed the next day. Per the usual,conflicting info and extended wait periods for a safety recall fix. The first call I was advised the parts were not available and they would call me when they were in stock. After the 3rd re for a safety recall fix. The first call I was advised the parts were not available and they would call me when they were in stock. After the 3rd recall letter I called again and made an appointment. The service rep was very confused by the info I had recieved prior, the particular fix did not require any parts that have been on order. I was given 2 lyft rides, the second to a while for me to get. Upon arriving to get my vehicle, everyone was nice. I never did recieve a quote for the very specific service I had requested and once exiting my vehicle had not been washed, which I was advised it would be. I think AutoNation is trying their best, but the daunting number of Ford defects and recalls are taking a toll on any Ford service provider. More

Avoid this place. salesmen play games. Charge hefty fees above MSRP , taking advantage of supply chain issues, deliver different vehicle than what they promise. Plus t salesmen play games. Plus they will force you to finance the vehicle to make their loan commission and will throw multiple enquiries on your credit report just to make the highest commission. Plus they fix the pricing with other dealers.. almost breaking every rule and customer trust. More
