My vehicle was at their location for over a month before they even looked at it to evaluate the problem. Since I had only owned the car for less than 30 days, everything was under full warranty. It shouldn’t have taken over 2 months for me to get my car returned to me. More

Upset with the service I have got this go around. Just got the car a week ago and it has a maintenance light on, making a sound and brakes are not catching to say I'm irate. I have a 8month old and a 13yr old I need to keep safe along side me on the road and instead of my sales rep and the company trying to make sure we are good and covered on all ends Knowing it's our only transportation. I just got a quick text stating they check all vehicles before and I could take to nearest autonation. Which is unprofessional in my eyes they should be asking how can we make this right considering it's been a WEEK. More
Took my car in on 10/16/22 for R & P replacement. Was told 7-10 business day just to get a diagnostics...even though I had already gotten on somewhere else. At the end of that time frame I was told Was told 7-10 business day just to get a diagnostics...even though I had already gotten on somewhere else. At the end of that time frame I was told it would be a longer wait as 4 lead technicians along with the service manager were all out. Was told I should have an answer by Monday. Never heard from anyone on Monday. Followed up the next day only to be told my service agent had not returned from vacation!!! When I did hear from him I was told they had 9 loaner cars about to be turned in. Asked if I could get one as I am a SINGLE MOTHER on a limited income and simply cannot afford the rental car fees. (Mind you, this visit was for a warranty repair) He said he would have to ask his manager. He never got back to me. Weekly I had to initiate contact only to receive the a single response...either they still hadn't received the parts or there were no loaners available. If I asked any additional questions, I would not get any other response. (this was all via text) Was told the manufacturer was not shipping out my specific parts unless the vehicle was completely inoperable, but my SUV was still drivable - despite the horrific noises and popping in my right front wheel well. Was told I could "always come get the car and hope it doesn't break down before the parts are in".........and risk my life???!!! Or that of my disabled child???!!! HOW RUDE!!! He even went so far as to ask me where I had purchased my vehicle from....like that should matter?! My vehicle is a Ford and this is a Certified Ford Dealership & Service center is it not??? So every week I sent a message to my technician that I had to have a response "by Friday so I could tell the rental car people something". NEVER would he update me on a Friday, FORCING me to have to repeatedly renew the rental car agreement in the tune of approx. $400.00 PER WEEK. After 2 MONTHS I had finally had enough! Had to demand that I be allowed to speak to the service manager or the general manager of the dealership. Was told by another service technician that all he could do was take a message for the service manager. He too told me I could "always come get my car"...without the repairs being done!!! Called again and got the overall manager of the dealership, who in turn sent me to the general manager. She then contacted the service manager who finally contacted me. And, after filling him in on the blatent arrogance of his service team and my having to threaten to sue Ford Motor Company for their poor service, I got finally somewhere! He found me a loaner car that very night...miraculously....found the very parts I needed at another dealership and within 5 days my car was repaired!!! And...why couldn't the original service technician do this for me??? Why did I have to wait 2 months? Why did I have to threaten to sue? BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN!!! God forbid they get away with this when dealing with a MAN!! But now....my driver's side heated seat no longer warms up....an issue I did not have prior to taking my car in last September! Don't get me wrong, I am glad I finally have my car back, but am extremely hesitant to contact this dealership again as I cannot afford to pay for another rental car for a weekend let alone 2 more months! And when I picked up my vehicle, they had the audacity to ask me to give a 5 star rating! Are you kidding me?!! More
The salesman (Hamid) was dishonest, and when we picked up the car it was literally on an empty tank of gas. I would not recommend doing business with him ever. I was concerned that I would not make it to the the car it was literally on an empty tank of gas. I would not recommend doing business with him ever. I was concerned that I would not make it to the gas station. The sales manager was very rude from our initial conversation, but did follow-up after the sale. Paid cash, but the dealership pressured me to sign a credit application, I did communicate this to the sales manager and she was planning to address. Based on my experience from the beginning to the end of the sale, I would recommend dealing with a different Autonation dealership in effort to achieve better customer service and sales ppl. This dealership really needs to make a significant improvement in dealing with customers, and showing their token of appreciation for the business they do get. More
