Disappointed for the terrible service this dealership has. Imagine waiting 6 weeks to fix a oil leak?! By the time will come back my vehicle will be completely messed up. Emails and calls has been made it to service manager and general manager and nobody answer or face this situation. Per the usual,conflicting info and extended wait periods for a safety recall fix. The first call I was advised the parts were not available and they would call me when they were in stock. After the 3rd re for a safety recall fix. The first call I was advised the parts were not available and they would call me when they were in stock. After the 3rd recall letter I called again and made an appointment. The service rep was very confused by the info I had recieved prior, the particular fix did not require any parts that have been on order. I was given 2 lyft rides, the second to a while for me to get. Upon arriving to get my vehicle, everyone was nice. I never did recieve a quote for the very specific service I had requested and once exiting my vehicle had not been washed, which I was advised it would be. I think AutoNation is trying their best, but the daunting number of Ford defects and recalls are taking a toll on any Ford service provider. More
