I scheduled my appointment online and Jeremy was my service advisor. I took it in early Friday morning and was told they would need my truck most of the day, and asked if it was OK if they needed to ke service advisor. I took it in early Friday morning and was told they would need my truck most of the day, and asked if it was OK if they needed to keep it until Saturday. I said that was fine. Justin indicated that I could reply to the text he'd just sent thru his system for any questions and he would let me know when my truck was ready. I never heard anything Friday. Saturday morning I replied to the text asking for status of my truck. I got nothing in return so a few hours later I asked again. Nothing. On Monday I texted again, then called, and the person I talked to couldn't find anyone in the service dept so he transferred me to the dealership GM. He didn't answer and I didn't want to call his cell phone, so I gave up. Called again Tuesday morning and Jeremy answered and said my truck was ready. Bottom line - communication with the customer needs to be better, and there needs to be people available during business hours that can provide status when it's requested by a customer. Disappointed in my first service experience with this dealer. More
