Four day process, first day we were told we qualified with an APR however when we returned the second day to pick up the vehicle the story changed. Stating they had to hunt banks again. We live 100 mile with an APR however when we returned the second day to pick up the vehicle the story changed. Stating they had to hunt banks again. We live 100 miles from the dealer and did not become a priority by anyone till the last couple hours of the day. I sent emails to the general manager and never got a reply or follow up. In my opinion the dealer has gotten so big it has outgrown its customer service ability. More
