I thought I made an appointment when I arrived at Frisco Ford but unfortunately I made it at the wrong Ford dealership! However Frisco Ford allowed me to have the service I needed and gave me rides to home Ford but unfortunately I made it at the wrong Ford dealership! Although Autonation honored the same price I received from Tomes Ford, they were too eager to force me into the dealer's high interest rate after I told them I had a better interest from another bank (3% from Tomes Ford, they were too eager to force me into the dealer's high interest rate after I told them I had a better interest from another bank (3% at Texans Credit and USAA). It seems that Autonation has a financial relationship with Truist for making additional money at the cost of Customers. Please listen to the Customer and be willing to work with them on their own financing instead of pushing them into an additional step of refinancing. Dante Hogan was extremely friendly and very helpful. He always ensured I had everything I needed. He always returned our calls. More
