Nick Nicholson went above and beyond. My service advisor Lori did not update me as to the status of my vehicle. She didn’t speak with technicians, and I repeatedly had to call to check on My service advisor Lori did not update me as to the status of my vehicle. She didn’t speak with technicians, and I repeatedly had to call to check on the status of my vehicle. She didn’t show any initiative or follow through. I contacted Nick, and he drove my car to my office as a part needed to be ordered. He then updated me as to when the parts arrived. The day of my repair, he picked up my car from the office, gave me a loaner and then returned my car once the repair was finished. He did say Lori was new. While I understand that, she should have gotten a fellow advisor invoked or spoke with a manager. I shouldn’t have to call her supervisor because of the lack of customer service. I appreciate what Nick did as he truly tried to make this right. More

I came in the dealership and needed a battery check for my truck and they got right on it. It needed a battery and they installed it. Filled up my tires with air which the light came on. Had vehicle in for state inspection & turns out the vehicle computer & state inspection machine we’re not calibrated for my 2020 Ford Escape. So it took about 2 hrs to get it programmed & inspected. Service department is a total mess. They take ZERO phone calls. Will only communicate with you through text messages. The response time is around 2 days. When you do call it routes you They take ZERO phone calls. Will only communicate with you through text messages. The response time is around 2 days. When you do call it routes you to a 3rd party call center saying they are too busy to talk to you. I called them 1 day when I was on the sales side looking to buy a new truck because I saw the service team standing around goofing off. Call went to 3rd party saying they were too busy for calls, LOL. Talked with new Service Director and he said he was working on fixing the issues. Good Luck!!! More
