Jeremy Rocks! ! He took the time to listen to questions and concerns then provided much needed expertise, which helped make the right decision. ! He took the time to listen to questions and concerns then provided much needed expertise, which helped make the right decision. More
Dealership was very friendly when I visited. Alexander was my salesman, he did a very good job of making sure cars were pulled up & ready for when I visited. F&I - not organized at all. I w Alexander was my salesman, he did a very good job of making sure cars were pulled up & ready for when I visited. F&I - not organized at all. I was told all paperwork would be ready printed & ready to be signed upon my arrival, farthest from the truth. When I arrived, they hadnt even submitted my deal to the banks/credit unions. Was there for 2 hours where it should have only taken 30 minutes. Corey - sales manager - poor customer service. Picked up car, drove home & noticed a nail was in tire; immediately let Alexander know. Corey determined that the best they could do was to make me pay for a new tire $180 & AutoNation would pay for labor - nice customer service. More
My wife and I were involved in and auto accident at the end of June. We were side swiped by a pickup pulling a trailer. Luckly they had insurance which decided to total my car. Living on Social Security we end of June. We were side swiped by a pickup pulling a trailer. Luckly they had insurance which decided to total my car. Living on Social Security we couldn't afford a new car and had a limit on how much we could spend for a used car. We went to Autonation Ford in Frisco. The salesman that waited on us was very understanding of our needs. He showed us a car that fit our needs exactly, a 2014 Ford Flex. He was very courteous and professional. The entire staff was very helpful. I would recommend Autonation Ford of Frisco to anyone who needs a car. More
