Service advisor Ryan Townsley was very attentive to the servicing of my 2015 Explorer. He kept me apprised of the progress as I elected to wait in the lobby while the work was being done. Very disappointed, scheduled recall work, dropped the car off and at the end of day they said they didn’t have the part. The recall was to replace a bushing, you would have thought they would have checked t off and at the end of day they said they didn’t have the part. The recall was to replace a bushing, you would have thought they would have checked that they had the part before I arrived. A complete waste of time, will never go back for anything…. I never got an I’m sorry or reasonable explanation of how this could happen. This was a Friday, my option was to leave the car till Tuesday. I’m getting it done by another dealer, I would suggest you avoid this dealer…. More
