Very disappointed, scheduled recall work, dropped the car off and at the end of day they said they didn’t have the part. The recall was to replace a bushing, you would have thought they would have checked t off and at the end of day they said they didn’t have the part. The recall was to replace a bushing, you would have thought they would have checked that they had the part before I arrived. A complete waste of time, will never go back for anything…. I never got an I’m sorry or reasonable explanation of how this could happen. This was a Friday, my option was to leave the car till Tuesday. I’m getting it done by another dealer, I would suggest you avoid this dealer…. More
