Drove all the way from Austin to Frisco to buy from this dealership. They are straightforward and honest. Weee willing to work a good bit of the deal with me up front so I had to spend less time in the deal dealership. They are straightforward and honest. Please rain your personnel fully on vehicles that are new, although I will say the Mach E has been on the market for quite some time. More

My experience with the AutoNation service department was extremely poor. While getting an oil change on a Saturday I also mentioned a Tire Pressure Sensor error I had. The service representative checked inventory and told me he would have to order the part and that he would call me. He expected the part to be in the next Monday or Tuesday. By the next Saturday I still had not heard from him in spite of calling several times, writing an email and calling the service department main line (I left a voice message that was never returned). I eventually took my car to Bob Tomes Ford in McKinney and had it fixed there. Bob Tomes Ford is a much further drive for service than AutoNation (30 minutes to BTF versus 5 minutes to AutoNation) but the quality of service I received at both locations prompts me to drive the further distance. Very poor marks AutoNation. More

My experience with this location was “OK”. I am a first time car buyer & it was my first time bringing my car into service. The service that I received was simply OK, nothing spectacular. I did assume that with it being my first time, I would have gotten an explanation of the works done or the other services offered, or a 30 second car wash. More
