I don't normally don't these if I have something negative to say but I can not this time. My car is 22 months old and have been in your shop 4 times for the same thing. Each time its we could not find anyt to say but I can not this time. My car is 22 months old and have been in your shop 4 times for the same thing. Each time its we could not find anything wrong, so this time when it was towed in the tech and I both went out and saw the car together and he agreed well there is something wrong. 10 days later you could not find out what was wrong! And the crazy part and the reason for this feedback. The last two times no paperwork was provided this time I demanded paperwork as proof it was in your shop. I brought this one from your location and have had 3 fords in the past. This will be the last Ford for all the issues and the poor service. I am just sad and disappointed, I feel like you guys are just pushing me down the road until the warranty is done. Disappointed doesn't come close. More

I’ve been here before and I like getting my vehicle serviced here. That won’t change. I just didn’t appreciate my last visit. Got told that my oil change would be 1.5 hrs so I decided to wait. Drove all the way from Austin to Frisco to buy from this dealership. They are straightforward and honest. Weee willing to work a good bit of the deal with me up front so I had to spend less time in the deal dealership. They are straightforward and honest.
