I tried to respond to text message regarding my Car was ready to be picked up after being repaired for an A/C problem. I called Jeremy Canfield 3 times trying to have him send a car to pick me up, he never ready to be picked up after being repaired for an A/C problem. Major issues with the manager on staff on May 4th 2022. Please have the vehicle at the dealership prior to posting the vehicle on website/selling the vehicle and making all calls to setup appointment for t Please have the vehicle at the dealership prior to posting the vehicle on website/selling the vehicle and making all calls to setup appointment for the customer to pick up the vehicle. The manager had to be pressed to get the vehicle from a customer that was driving the vehicle as a loaner to the dealership within an hour. I continously had to press the manager to get the vehicle with an ETA. Manager knew I was coming in from Waxahachie and upon my arrival the automobile still was not at the dealership. Manager never presented a solution to the problem. I had to guide him to get the vehicle. The first sales person was not helpfull, the second sales person Rodrigo Gutierrez was awesome. My overall experience was good. What I did not like was the pushiness of adding extra coverage on my car that I could not afford. I understood what it was for but after saying “no I can’t afford it” 10 times he let up a little bit still trying. I was there for 3 hours and I was so tired after this and mentally drained. I understand everyone has a job to do but listen to your customers when they say no to extra things due to budget. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions honestly. Queinton who helped me with my car was very nice and knowledgeable. Overall I would recommend getting a car from Auto Nation Ford. More
