Scheduled my vehicle for service, attempted to add a set of tires. After several phone calls, voice mails, emails.... not a single person bothered to call back to confirm. Worst experience of my life and communication was nonexistent. Dropped off my Ford vehicle and when I called the Ford dealership main number at the end of the day, because no one was returning my voi nonexistent. Dropped off my Ford vehicle and when I called the Ford dealership main number at the end of the day, because no one was returning my voicemails or texts, they said it would take 4-5 days before it would even be "looked at". That information would have been nice to hear when I dropped it off!!! Gave it 4 days and still no one looked at it. Picked up Ford vehicle and brought it a local car repair shop and it was diagnosed and repaired the next morning. Never again will I ever go to another Ford dealership!!!!!!!! More

They told me my check would take a week to get to me. It’s now going on 2 weeks and it still isn’t here. I spent 7 hours on a Saturday at the dealership when I bought it. Very very slow.
