The people are courteous but you schedule an appointment and still have to wait 5 days for them to hook it up to diagnostics. The wait from start to finish is too long. They don’t have loaners so I was left and still have to wait 5 days for them to hook it up to diagnostics. The wait from start to finish is too long. They don’t have loaners so I was left with no vehicle for 9 days. I feel like they should be able to come up with a way to diagnose the car on the appointment date. Then they could let me take my car home and come back when they get the parts and have time to do the work. More
