Once someone is helping, everything is fine but when someone walks into the service area, someone should acknowledge a customer and say hello in the least (even from the parts counter). Standing around five minutes is too long not to be at least greeted. More

I like autonation phillips highway, dealt with them for years, terry leonard is an excellent saleman. I need to share that I am not happy with the ecoboost escape. I went in because my Escape was a recall for something needed to be checked for driveability of the car. I made my appointment on line with my agent Stephanie to bring the car in., time as arranged and so needed to be checked for driveability of the car. Everything went smoothly and I waited in the clean, cheerful waiting area and was asked if I needed more coffee to fill my cup I brought from home.I read my book and soon Stephanie came to say all was finished and recall item was fixed at no charge because it was a recall from the Ford factory.
