My wife and I went down to Mike Shad Ford to purchase a new Ford Fusion. In all honesty we had already been to another Ford dealer near Regency and had a bad experience with a sales person. We were frustra new Ford Fusion. In all honesty we had already been to another Ford dealer near Regency and had a bad experience with a sales person. We were frustrated and just wanted to get the experience over with. When we arrived we were greeted by Ricardo Allen. We informed him as to what we wanted. He ask us to come inside and he would see what he had in inventory that would suite our need. He found the car at another AutoNation lot in Tampa. We purchased the car and was out of his office within an hour. The quickest I have ever purchased a car and I'm old and have purchased a lot of cars. The car came in within the three days he told us. We went down to pick it up and all the paperwork was ready. We signed the paperwork, picked up the car and drove away as Happy People. I would recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle expecially if they get to deal with Ricardo Allen. Bottom line here is " Purchasing this car was fun ! This was without questions the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Usually I dread the whole process, but Brian was great from the very beginning. He was easy to talk to and did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. He got me a great price on my 2013 Ford Fusion. He gave me several updates while my car was being built to keep me in the loop and once the car arrived he took the time to explain everything to me before I signed the papers. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. I recently had a small issue with my phone not syncing to my car and I gave Brian a call. He told me to come on over. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot he was there, quickly fixed the problem, and showed me what to do if it happened again. I highly recommend Brian Loblein and Mike Shad Ford at the Avenues for anyone who wants to have a great car buying experience. More

I was recently shopping for a new truck and picked Mike Shad at the Avenues simply because of its proximity to my house. I was met by Joe Erwin, who worked with me over several days and different visits to Shad at the Avenues simply because of its proximity to my house. I was met by Joe Erwin, who worked with me over several days and different visits to try to get me into a new truck. I told him what I wanted and he did not waste my time showing me a bunch of BS I didn't want. He searched several different dealers across the state to try to find a truck for me. I ended up not buying from them, but it was more because I was very specific with the type of truck I wanted and they couldn't get it, not because of the service. I would recommend Mike Shad and Joe Erwin to anyone looking for a Ford truck or car. More
