My appointment was at 1:00. When I arrived at 12:55, I checked in with a young gentleman that brought me inside to find someone to assist me. After 3 men telling him very rudely When I arrived at 12:55, I checked in with a young gentleman that brought me inside to find someone to assist me. After 3 men telling him very rudely that they’re can’t help because they are about to go to lunch I was told to wait in the waiting area. By 1:30 no one came to follow up,so I went back outside to him to ask for help again. He brought me inside and asked another man that just told him “I can’t help right now” and the last guy that he asked David, clearly looked bothered and said “yeah I guess I can help. Wait what kind of car do they have?? Okay I guess”. I was standing 5 feet from him and he didn’t try to conceal that he was annoyed. He started to assist me by asking what I was there for and had the nastiest attitude and was extremely rude. This was the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced at a dealership or service department. I suggest to not select an appointment during lunch hours because you will be treated terribly. I always feel stressed when I go for Service at a dealership but my experience this time was so much better. I wish all dealerships had a Service Manager like Auto Nation. He was honest and helpful a dealership but my experience this time was so much better. I wish all dealerships had a Service Manager like Auto Nation.
